Good London Builders’ Fees
We offer competitive rates on projects large and small, from full refurbishments to major structural alterations and basements.
Project management fees
For Project management we charge 15% of the net total of the job (+VAT). For jobs in excess of £1m or jobs below £250,000 we will discuss with you a fair fee for project management.
Introductory fees
We are given an introductory fee from our building teams for any jobs that are commissioned. This fee comes directly from the builder and is therefore not a cost to the client
